PC Recruit Nigeria - Our client, a Clinic in Lagos Island, urgently needs experienced and hardworking candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Duties

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
• Collect copay's and deductible payments.
• Maintain and update customer and referral information.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• Applicants must be living within the Island and must be able to operate computer very well.

Salary
N65,000 - N80,000 per month.
