We help clients book lodgings on the web, give far-reaching help a nd back to our customers, and make the hotel or apartment booking process smooth and simple. We additionally give hotel and serviced apartment proposals and audits, ensuring that our customers stay in great, perfect, and safe accommodation everywhere in the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Relations Officer
Job Location: Ajah / Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must be computer literate
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Familiarity with Brand social media page management
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must leave around Ajah/Lekki axis

Salary
N30,000 - N50,000 monthly.
