We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Support / Sales Associate
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Generate Sales by getting the customers to download the App and Educate them on how it can benefit them.
• Organize and attend marketing activities to raise brand awareness with Grassroots business owners I.e Interfacing with market women.
• Cross-selling of company products and services and Representing the brand during all customers and prospects interaction.  
• Visit customers on a recurring basis and Building sustained, profitable ties with our customers.
• Manage customer issues in collaboration with other departments

Requirements

• Minimum of OND educational qualification
• Minimum of 1 year customer service/sales experience  
• Exceptional marketing, communication and sales skills.
• Must have the capacity to work under self supervision.
• High level of accountability.
• Good Oral and written communication skills.
