Job Position: Digital Marketer

Job Description
Includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate sales leads.
• Manage and optimise listings across real estate portals
• Run targeted paid advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with inventory and buyer behavior.
• Produce engaging content, including videos, infographics, and virtual tour material.
• Optimize website content for search engines and manage landing pages for lead capture.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM software.
• Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging digital strategies in the real estate sector.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 2+ years of relevant work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
