Job Description

• HRLeverage is recruiting for our client, a leading company in the real estate sector, seeking skilled and detail-oriented Engineers to oversee and manage building and infrastructure projects from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise construction and infrastructure projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use).
• Conduct site evaluations, surveys, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
• Must be registered and certified by COREN or any other recognized engineering regulatory body.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
