Environmental Scientist I

The Ideal Candidate:

MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS PRACTICAL AND DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. You need not apply if there is no practical experience in environmental studies and assessments.

This is a full-time on-siteEnvironmental Scientist role. The Environmental Scientist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with fieldwork and report writing including ecological evaluation and delineation, environmental imact assessments, safety plans, environmental consulting, Risk Assessments, ESG etc.

The ideal candidate for this role must have requisite knowledge, skills, training and experience in various environmental and sustainability management processes and projects successfully completed.

Responsilities and duties: 
1. An ideal candidate is expected to show demonstrable report writing skills, organizational skills, fieldwork participation, fair knowledge in the environmental and safety industry, huge interest in environemntal management, climate change and sustainability

2. Provide technical and administrative support to the company’s projects and tasks;

3. Preparing and processing of documents, records and information as received or presented by the company;

4. Assist in company services, procedures, activities and general strategy in achieving its goals and objectives at every given period;
5. Shall get involve in company’s official fieldwork exercises and desktop work as may be assigned..
