Job Description

• Will be in charge of all asset valuation exercises which include stock, property/assets, plants and equipment. Must show good command of competency and experience within this field without require much supervision.
• Good knowledge of industry Apps and softwares in work application
• Must possess good knowledge of the Lagos real estate markets and trends in yield in various areas of Lagos state.
• Involved in Valuation marketing and packaging
• Investment management analyst. A good analytical understanding of the market and investment as it compares with the real estate sector.
• Would be involved in project viability appraisals with respect to real estate development projects.
• Must possess good brokerage skill in sales and lease transaction.
