Job Position: Farm Project Manager

Job Location: Iseyin, Oyo
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Experienced farmer with experience in Project Management.
• Conduct and development research reports, technical notes and feedback on project activities.
• Management of project budgets and material resources.
• Maintain positive relationships with all staff.
• Design and implement farm project activities.
• Ensure quality control of project activities, reviewing work deliverables, and providing support and value-added feedback
• Manage relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, community and ensure compliance with all farm activities with government regulations

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Farm management and agricultural projects
• Qualification: B.Agric
• Technical skills and experience in the areas of agriculture, agribusiness and economic growth.
• Excellent communication and budgeting skills.
• Ability to develop and implement training and workshops and conduct assessments and evaluations of projects.
• Ability to meet tight datelines, travel and work in different locations within Nigeria.
