Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to resume immediately.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling customer concerns.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care role.
• Must live close to Olowora, Berger, Lagos.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Must be available to resume immediately.
• Females only (for gender balance).

Salary
N80,000 / Month.
