We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Female Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide information, resolve queries, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team goals.
• Prioritize tasks and deliver on coordination needs.
• Use basic Excel skills to manage and close tasks.
• Act as an enabler to push teams for the closure of pending indents/tasks.

Requirements

• Degree from a reputable institution
• 2 years of experience in a sales or Customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Eloquent , confident and pleasant.
• Age between 28 - 35 years old.
• Must stay close to job location.
• Be available to resume immediately.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
