BluNet Internet Solutions Limited is an ISP (internet service provider) company. Our products range from sales and installation of hardware devices such as CPE, Outdoor radio, fiber, to IOT(Smoke detector, water gauge, gas gauge, fire alarm, door sensors, etc). We also provide internet services to individual and corporate client, properties developer, malls, SMEs for both retail and enterprise.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Field Service Engineer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Repair, Troubleshoot and maintenance of all LTE routers/ equipment (CPE/ MIFI, Outdoor.
• Deploy Blunet retail/Enterprise services in accordance to the quality standard and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve applicable customer complaints.
• Ensures proactive monitoring of all services to deliver 99.9% availability.
• Ensures that there is no course to revisit sites deployed within 6months.
• Provide proactive technical solutions on network issues escalated.
• Ensures 90% implementation of the annual maintenance plan
• Ensure all resolvable issues (within control) are resolved within the specified OLA time.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / B.Tech / HND qualification.
• 1 - 5 years of work experience.
