Job Description

• The finance officer/cashier will be responsible for recording all receipts and payments,payroll accounting and preparation of reports for executives in the organisation.

Their job Description is as detailed below:

• Assisting in the preparation of budget.
• Managing records and receipts
• Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
• Payroll accounting for staff of the organisation
• Preparing balance sheets and income statements
• Processing invoices
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
• Providing customer service to clients
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
• Supporting the Chief Finance Officer with finance projects and tasks when required.

Requirements

• OND/HND holder in Accounting and Finance fields with minimum of 2 years experience as a finance officer/ accountant
