We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Fleet Supervisor

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Track company vehicles' locations with GPS system(s).
• Install and Monitor company vehicles' tracking devices.
• Monitor drivers’ daily road network performances.
• Ensure strict compliance with company regulations by drivers.
• Develop and present daily management tracking reports.
• Work with the company’s third-party agents implementing tracking devices on the company’s fleets.
• Prompt attendance to Clients' issues.
• Liaise with drivers, operations personnel and management on operational activities.
• Work with HSE to ensure safety of vehicles and personnel and submit report to the Head of Operations.
• Collect vehicle logs from the field and review for accuracy.
• Collect daily and weekly vehicle checklists, verify their accuracy, and work with drivers to correct any problems.
• Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action.
• Ensure observance of road safety standards; ensure company vehicles are used in accordance with established rules and regulations and that vehicle usage data is correctly recorded.
• Propose improvements on existing transport processes, systems and tools.
• Coordinating and responding to emergency situations.
• Liaising with operations personnel and management where necessary.

Job Requirements

• BSc / HND from an accredited university degree.
• 5 - 7 years cognate work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Numerical/ Analytical skills.
• Good use of Excel skills
• A self-starter.
• Computer Literate with advanced work knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office tools
