Job Description

• We are looking for a front desk representative to help with receptionist tasks such as greet our guests, schedule appointments, handle queries and complaints.
• The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
• A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients as they come and go.
• Be professional and pleasant while interacting with clients.
• Handle queries and address complaints.
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
• You will check customers orders and download pictures through WhatsApp.
• You have to be smart and intelligent.
• Take up other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• 1 - 3 years of work experience.
• Team player
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) is an advantage
