We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Dentist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Patient Care & Treatment:

• Perform comprehensive oral exams, diagnose conditions, and create treatment plans.
• Provide advanced procedures: root canals, crowns, bridges, implants, extractions, fillings, cosmetic treatments.
• Manage complex cases, including patients with disabilities or medical complexities.
• Administer anesthesia and prescribe medications.
  • Review staff reports and evaluate treatment outcomes.
  • Contribute to service development and implementation of clinical standards.

Quality & Compliance:

• Maintain high standards of infection control, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
• Accurately document patient records, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Education & Communication:

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on new technologies, techniques, and research.
• Participate in continuous training, appraisals, and personal development planning. 

Key Skills & Qualification

• Extensive clinical experience, often including experience with complex or special needs patients.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with digital imaging, dental software, and potentially telehealth platforms. 

Salary Range
N500,000 - N750,000 / Month.
