General Manager

Location: Benin City.

We are a recreation and sports center seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced General Manager to lead the operations and strategic direction of Benin Recreation Club.

This pivotal leadership role involves managing day-to-day club activities, supervising key departments, and driving service excellence across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational expertise, people management, and a passion for hospitality and recreation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for the overall management and growth of the club.

1. Oversee daily operations across all departments, including:Food & Beverage (F&B) Sports & Fitness Facilities Clubhouse & Guest Services Facility Management & Maintenance
2. Lead and coordinate department heads and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
3. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
4. Monitor and optimize financial performance; manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
5. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and member satisfaction.
6. Represent the Club in engagements with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
8. Organize and support club events, tournaments, and community engagements.
9. Report to the Club Executive Committee and provide regular performance updates
