Job Position: Architect Intern
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Support the development of design ideas in relation to client brief by developing original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and layout.
• Develop and review building plans as well as site planning and managing compliance.
• Drafting of interior and exterior high-end architectural construction documents and detailing for selection and finishes.
• Responsible for managing On-site problem and making viable recommendations.
• Analyze space utilization effectiveness and changing demands for space needs: recommend actions to meet new requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree in Architecture.
• Candidates who are currently serving or yet to attend the National Youth Service scheme are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should reside at Anthony or its environs.
