Job Location: Kano

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1-3 years of experience.
• Bilingual: Able to speak English with any of (Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba)
• Clear and articulate verbal communication.
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
• Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
• Maximum Age of 40 years
• Must have worked a minimum of 6 months in a contact center.
• Ability to compose clear and professional written responses.
