Job Position: Hotel Supervisor

Job Location: Ibara Abeokuta, Ogun

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments run smoothly.
• Manage staff, schedule shifts, and ensure proper staff training.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hotel supervisor or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
