Job Position: Human Resource Officer
Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a passionate and proactive Human Resource Officer with 1 - 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. 
• This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in staff welfare, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and compliance with HR policies.
• Support payroll processing with accurate documentation.
• Provide general HR administrative and operational support.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a structured HR function.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools.
• Certification from CIPM or similar body (an advantage).
