Job Position: Human Resource Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a human resource personnel to Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions with staff and representatives as well as liaise with a few customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training and developing staff
• Making sure staff are paid correctly and on time
• Approving job descriptions and advertisements
• Looking after the health safety and welfare of all employees
• Organizing staff training sessions and activities
• Create performance management process
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Requirements and Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Ethics and Reliability
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and word)
• Bachelor's Degree or HND/OND
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 1 year
• Ability to navigate browsers, apps and other techs using a smartphone will be key
