Sweet Nation Foods Limited is a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of specialty snacks to the Retail and Food-service industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Mondays to Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Create Human Resource Systems and Structures
• Recruitment of talent by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the entire hiring process.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development plans
• Develop and provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain employee records in line with company policies
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievances issues

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Human Resource Cerfitications and Educational Background
• Knowledge of HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and ethics.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 monthly
