Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Job
Successful candidates will be expected to work with the unit head in handling the following:

• Staff recruitment
• Onboarding of new staff
• Staff development and performance management
• Payroll and benefits administration
• Company policies enforcement
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Requirements

• BSc / BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use HR software
