These are also essential materials for building low cost industrial estates.

Job Position: IT Support Personnel

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

• As an IT support personnel, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to our staff and clients, maintaining and updating our IT systems and software, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
You will also be expected to:

• Respond to IT-related queries and requests via phone, email, or in person
• Monitor and report on IT performance and issues
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT-related matters
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software
• Perform routine maintenance and backup of IT systems and data
• Research and recommend new IT solutions and best practices

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as an IT support personnel or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems and applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with network administration, security, and cloud computing
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
