We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Provide menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
  • Ensure orders are entered into the system and follow up on their status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor guests’ dining experience to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
  • Collect and record customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to address order and delivery issues.
  • Communicate special requests or dietary requirements to kitchen staff promptly.
  • Assist in training new front-of-house staff on customer service standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND from reputable institution
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and Customer centric
  • Proximity to Surulere is Key

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.

2.) Restaurant Facility Management Lead

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilites

  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all restaurant equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen appliances.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Keep an updated record of equipment warranties, service logs, and replacement schedules.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage service providers (cleaning, pest control, security, HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service-level standards.
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement fire safety, emergency response, and security measures in line with company policies.
  • Train and sensitize staff on safety protocols, reporting hazards, and proper use of equipment.
  • Prepare and manage the facility management budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Track expenses for repairs, maintenance, and capital expenditures, providing periodic reports to management.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Provide technical support during restaurant expansions, refurbishments, or new outlet setups.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure facility readiness for smooth daily business.

Requirements

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.

3.) Content Creator

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing and compelling content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message across all channels.
  • Generate original and innovative ideas for recipes, cooking tips, and food-related content.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of our food products, recipes, and behind-the-scenes culinary processes.
  • Edit and enhance multimedia content to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Manage and update our social media accounts with engaging and shareable content.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and trends, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and other relevant partners to expand our brand reach.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key influencers and partners.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content across different platforms using analytics tools.
  • Use data insights to refine and optimize content strategies for improved engagement and reach.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand image.

Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 monthly.
