We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions below:

1.) Civil Engineer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Use software programs to design structural plans, drawings and rendering.
• Regular visit to construction sites to monitor the building process.
• Design and supervise infrastructure projects.
• Analyze local and environmental impacts and ensure completion within set time and budget
• Consider environmental hazards and ensure safety on site.
• Ensure materials, equipment and labour cost are within the set budget
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies
• Prepare blueprints according to technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and labor costs
• Oversee and liaise with a relevant staff
• Forecast on design and construction timeline
• Prepare all necessary permit to the appropriate agencies and ensure project compliance throughout the construction stages
• Oversee soil testing to establish soil strength and building feasibility
• Manage repairs and maintenance of projects
• Monitor and prepare progress report on projects
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc or Master's in Civil Engineer and Building Technology with 3 - 5 years of working experience as a Civil Engineer.

Core Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance
• Ability to work with multiple projects

2.) Structural Engineer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan and oversee the construction of structures usingcomputer modelling simulations to predict how structures will act under varying conditions, such as high winds, flood or earth tremors
• Oversee the completion of construction projects and ensure structures are durable and safe.
• Conduct building inspection to assess their structural integrity, strength and conditions.
• Provide technical advise on building repairs, renovations or demolition as necessary
• Work with designers to design and develop construction designs, drawings and plans
• Track and prepare progress reports at periodic intervals
• Analyze building behaviour over time
• Ensure the building structures can withstand the pressure built on it, calculate the strength and rigidity, ensure the appropriate materials are used
• Measure loads and pressure on structural foundations, beams and walls to assess soundness
• Ensure projects meet legal, health, safety and environmental standards
• Advise on appropriate construction materials for each building phase
• Inspect buildings to assess their structural integrity and strength
• Obtain planning and building regulations approval from the relevant authorities.
• Work with other relevant professional staff, contractors andguide construction workers onsite.
• Oversee and inspect the work undertaken by contractors.

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc or Master's in Structural Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in building construction and design. Knowledge of engineering, maths, technology are essential.

3.) Project Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• We require the services of a Project Manager to join its team of experts who deliver exceptional services.
• To coordinate, plan and oversee the construction project activities from inception to completion within the set budget, scope and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the project, set timelines and assign responsibilities to relevant team members.
• Develop a detailed project plan and track project performance.
• Keep all records of project documentation.
• Liaise with clients to get the detailed project brief and requirements.
• Ensure project delivery and execution within set budget and timeframe.
• Ensure accurate availability of resources and project materials.
• Adjust to changes that may occur in the course of the project execution.
• Prepare progress report on project status to Management and Client as required.
• Prepare project time schedule and ensure adherence to the timelines.
• Manage the relationship with sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers to ensure standard service delivery.
• Conduct risk assessment to manage and minimize project risks.
• Report and escalate issues to Management as they arise.
• Process certificate of completion and all necessary post completion documents.
• Perform other relevant duties as required.

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc or Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Survey with 5 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of relevant softwares.
• Knowledge of project time schedule is important. Project Management Professional Certification.

Core Skills:

• Knowledge of project management, organizational and planning skills.
• Inventory management and stock monitoring.
• Project Management Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of budget preparation and tracking.

4.) Facility Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide effective facility and property management.
• Proactively deal with emergency issues that arise on the properties i.e. disruption, equipment breakdown, and safety breaches.
• Schedule replacements and repairs of equipment with artisans as the need arises.
• Work with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the properties
• Communicate with industry professionals to create a strong network.
• Provide timely feedback and report to Management
• Perform other relevant duties as required
• Develop, negotiate and manage vendors’ contracts.
• Engage and negotiate the services of artisans, workmen, vendors, and service providers such as cleaners, security, waste disposal management, and plumbers
• Keep up to date with technologies and trends in property management and safety.
• Ensure confidentiality of clients’ information and company’s trade secret.

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc or Master's in Facility Management, Estate Management, or Engineering with 3 - 5 years of working experience in facility management and safety measures.

Core Skills:

• Good knowledge of facility and property management
• Familiarity with various vendors, artisans, and workmen.
• Knowledge of safety measures
• Strong negotiating skills
• Hands-on experience in fixing minor damages i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry
