We specialize in providing Integrated Field Studies, Well Services and Production Solutions, Project Management and Technical Advisory Services, Surface and Subsurface Engineering, Asset Management, and Turnkey Solutions to the Nigerian Upstream Oil and Gas Industry.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role


  • We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business and driving the company’s financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting teams.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Drive financial planning, risk management, and investment analysis.
  • Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support executive management with actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Lead funding and capital structuring initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role., as a CFO
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and global accounting standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in strategy, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.

2.) Siesmic Interpreter

Job Location: Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seismic Interpreter to join our geoscience team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting seismic data to support exploration, field development, and reservoir characterization efforts.
  • This role is critical in identifying subsurface structures and potential hydrocarbon reservoirs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret 2D and 3D seismic datasets to generate structural and stratigraphic maps
  • Integrate seismic interpretation with well data, geological models, and petrophysical data
  • Identify and map potential hydrocarbon traps and prospects
  • Provide geophysical input to reservoir models and drilling plans
  • Participate in prospect evaluation, risk assessment, and volumetric estimation
  • Work collaboratively with geologists, reservoir engineers, and drilling teams
  • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated on advancements in seismic processing and interpretation technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geophysics, Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience in seismic interpretation
  • Strong proficiency in interpretation software such as Petrel, Kingdom, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of seismic acquisition and processing principles
  • Experience with both exploration and field development projects
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in [deepwater, onshore, frontier, etc. – customize based on your operation]
  • Familiarity with quantitative interpretation and seismic inversion techniques
  • Exposure to machine learning or AI tools in geoscience.

3.) Business Development Officer

Job Locations: Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our growth efforts within the oil and gas sector.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving strategic partnerships across upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
  • This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a passion for building long-term commercial value in the energy space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on growth within the oil and gas industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in upstream, midstream, or downstream markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IOCs, NOCs, service companies, and regulators
  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify areas of opportunity
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, operations) to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report regularly on progress against targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of business development experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong understanding of the energy value chain (exploration, production, services, or infrastructure)
  • Proven track record of winning and closing deals within the sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong network and relationships within the oil and gas industry is a strong advantage

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with or selling to IOCs/NOCs
  • Technical background or ability to understand complex oil and gas solutions
