1.) Senior Export Sales Executive

Job Description


  • Develop and implement effective export strategies to penetrate and expand market share in West African countries.
  • Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, customs compliance, shipping coordination, and timely delivery of goods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders in the target markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the West African region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers, distributors, and other partners in the supply chain.
  • Market Penetration: Increase market share in targeted West African countries by +7% over the fiscal year.
  • On-Time Delivery: Ensure a high level of on-time delivery performance by meeting or exceeding agreed-upon delivery timelines.
  • Compliance Rate: Maintain a high level of compliance with local regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Measure and improve customer satisfaction levels through feedback, surveys, and relationship management.
  • Monitor and analyse export performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on export activities, market trends, and KPI achievements.
  • Export Revenue Growth: Achieve a +15% increase in export revenue within the West African market over last year.
  • Cost Efficiency: Optimize export-related costs, including shipping, customs duties, and logistics, while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Evaluate and enhance relationships with suppliers and distributors through regular communication and performance assessments.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the West African region.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience in export Market, preferably within the West African market. Between 4 to 7 years
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

2.) Quality Assurance Analyst

  • Follow through on assigned QMS Audit Corrective

  • Reporting of any quality deviation
  • Timely sampling and analysis of raw materials and products, and communication of status(passed/failed).
  • Support the initiation of internal audits as scheduled.
  • Supports investigation and closure of Consumer and Trade complaints.

Education & Experience

  • B.Sc or B.Tech in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry or other Biological Sciences.
  • 5- 6 years of experience in related field with FMCG experience.
