We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Senior Manager, Regional Deployment

The Opportunity
- IHS Towers is expanding our global footprint and we are seeking an individual to join our team as Senior Manager, Regional Deployment.
- The individual will be responsible for overseeing execution of rollout activities by staff and vendors across assigned regions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Mentor and develop team-members using a supportive and collaborative approach, including assigning accountabilities, setting objectives, establishing priorities, and monitoring and evaluating performance with feedback.
- Provide required information to Regional Rollout Managers and Site Build Contractors (SBCs) to enable commencement of Technical Site Survey (TSS) and civil works on site.
- Plan and initiate Ready for Installation (RFI) audits in conjunction with the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) audit team.
- Ensure list of sites, including Work-in-Progress (WIP) sites, is maintained and regularly updated.
- Review monthly site upgrade priority list and follow up with contractors to complete as per plan.
- Own end-to-end rollout of sites and support of related special projects across assigned region.
- Work with peers in HQ to ensure that the regional team is provided with effective operating plans and standards to guide execution of activities.
- Review power requests by Regional Rollout Managers and make recommendations for approval to the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Manage assigned supplier relationships to ensure deliverables are achieved in time and within cost.
- Promote communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that may arise.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Associate Director, Deployment on all matters pertaining to the unit.
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Associate Director, Deployment

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Science, Engineering or related field.
- +14 years of experience in telecoms infrastructure deployment and project management.
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and/ or MBA will be an asset.

2.) Senior Manager, Aerial Network Implementation (Fibre)
Job Location: Lagos

The Opportunity
- IHS Towers is expanding our global footprint and we are seeking an individual to join our team as Senior Manager, Aerial Network Implementation (Fibre).
- The individual will be responsible for planning; design; and end-to-end implementation of Aerial Fibre infrastructure.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Project planning fundamentals: initiate; planning; estimating; resourcing; scheduling and budgeting.
- Be accountable for all deployment activities including but not limited to Aerial Fibre network design, Right of Work/permit due diligence and project management.
- Coordinate Aerial Fibre integration into terrestrial Fibre network at meet-me points to close-out end to end plan.
- Review all designs to ensure proper installation of Aerial Fibre build.
- Oversee the project inventory management as it relates to Aerial Fibre deployment.
- Be accountable for all deployment activities including but not limited to Fibre network planning design, ROW application etc.
- Dimension the materials required for a Fibre network build and track usage of such material after issuance to the vendor while ensuring that unused materials are accounted for.
- Customer (internal and external) engagement and management.
- Create and implement technical inspection and quality assurance procedures.
- Identify and recommend best-fit vendors to undertake Aerial Fibre installations.
- Maintain good communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep all project documentations and fillings.
- Fibre Network Integration and Commissioning activities.
- Compilation of lessons learnt and historical records.
- Ensuring the Fibre Network asset management RDBMS is up to date.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of work experience post-NYSC work experience in audit or accounting. Industry experience in Internal audit is an asset.
- Experience working on Fiber Optic Network deployment Projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Productivity tools (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Earth.
- Understanding of transmission networks (SDH/DWDM/OTN), IP/MPLS and other IP based network technologies and solutions will be an advantage
- Professional understanding of Fibre network surveying, designing, planning & build
- Must have highly developed technical skills, including knowledge and relevant experience in the fields of Transport and Fiber in the broadband telecommunications industry.

3.) Manager, Process SOX
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Opportunity
- IHS Towers is expanding our global footprint and we are seeking an individual to join our team as Manager, Process SOX.
- The individual will be responsible for delivering the process workstream of the SOX implementation program, as well as managing the SOX control framework on an ongoing basis post implementation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Independently lead the Process SOX workshops and ensure the following:
- Timely completion of Process design work for the allocated processes
- Timely completion of testing work for the allocated processes
- Lead the close meetings with process owners, HODs/CFOs and obtain agreement on gaps, remediation and key controls
- Liaise regularly with the GITC SOX team to understand the full control landscape (aspects such as SODs, IUCs, Joiners and Leavers etc.)
- Documentation of the design and testing results (in process maps, RACMs and testing template)
- Effective change management to ensure that process maps and RACMs are kept up to date.
Work closely with the Senior Manager GITC SOX and support with the following:
- Inputs for SOX scoping
- Inputs for SOX planning
- Inputs for updates to SteerCo, Exco and Audit Committee
- Inputs for year-end impact assessment
- Agreement with the Global Process Management/Transformation team on remediations.
Provide training and guidance on SOX requirements and controls to the process owners:
- Accountable for the end to end delivery of design and testing of allocated processes
- Timely completion of the design and testing work for allocated processes to the highest quality standards
- Remediation support by providing pragmatic recommendations which are practical to implement and meet the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
- +5 years of post-NYSC work experience in audit or accounting. Industry experience in Internal audit is an asset.
- Professional auditing and/or accounting certification is a must e.g., ACA, ACCA
- Good appreciation of IFRS accounting, SOX, ITGC and COSO.
- Proficiency in using process mapping tools (i.e. MS Visio, GRC tools etc.)
- Internal/external audit training is a must.
