We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Collector

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent borrowers via phone calls, SMS, emails,
• Remind clients of overdue payments and explain possible consequences of noon payment
• Update loan repayment status in the companys database or loan management system.
• Negotiate and set up repayment plans that align with company policies and the borrower capacity
• Monitor repayment agreements and follow up
• Maintain confidentiatility when handling clirnt information
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery repports and management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with 0 - 2 years of work experience. 

Salary
N90,000 - N180,000 per month.
