KFD Consulting - Our client, a major player in the Fintech Industry focused on a mobile-based platform for payments, transfers, loans, savings and other financial essential services, is seeking to employ honest individuals to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Collector

Job Location: ACME, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Workdays: Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
• Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.
• Update account status and database regularly.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, NCE
• Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba, Ojodu Berger axis.

Salary / Benefits

• Fixed Salary of: N50,000 monthly plus Commission up to N30,000 Monthly
