Job Position: Logisitics Associate

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

About You and the Role


  • As a member of Pharmarun’s fullfilment operation’s team in Lagos State, Nigeria, you’ll be responsible for customer satisfaction and retention. By joining us, you’ll be contributing to providing fast and easy access to medicines for all.
  • Your main responsibilities will involve performing and coordinating a variety of tasks within the Fulfillment Operations team to ensure that our customers get their requests/orders in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

  • As a Logistic manager l, you will be part of the team that ensures that medical products are delivered from our distribution centers to customers in a safe, reliable, and fast manner.
  • By joining us, you will contribute to our mission of ensuring that every human on Earth has instant access to vital medical supplies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and managing incoming and outbound delivery schedules
  • Supervising the remainder of the logistics team’s job
  • Supervising the process of transporting products
  • Developing procedures and systems for scheduling and tracking procurement and distribution operations.
  • Discussions and negotiations with other logistics companies about delivery costs
  • Managing the flow of resources and goods throughout an organization
  • Collaborating with different divisions within the business to enhance logistics
  • Liaison with customers, suppliers, and employees to ensure inventory is properly documented and ordered, as well as to guarantee delivery schedules are adhered to.
