We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and creative marketer with at least 4 years of proven experience in a beverage company—preferably in the alcoholic wine segment. 
• The ideal candidate is results-driven, deeply familiar with the Nigerian wine market (or similar), and confident in executing both digital and on-ground marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Manage social media, influencer partnerships, and digital advertising.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competition, and market trends.
• Work with designers, content creators, and distributors to create compelling marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience in a beverage company (alcoholic wine industry preferred).
• Proven track record of launching and promoting beverage products successfully.
• Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, branding, and content creation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results.
