Job Brief

• The Sales Associate is Yetroslane Couture’s first point of contact for direct B2C/B2B customers who have inquiries or feedback about our products or service.

Job Responsibilities

• Selling Yetroselane’s outfits on designated digital marketing channels.
• Taking customers’ orders and transferring outfit details to the Inventor.
• Communicating with customers through various channels and responding to their inquiries promptly.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Following up with prospects and existing customers on their needs and notifying them of the various loyalty and reward programs they can benefit from.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of National Diploma in any field of study
• Excellent oral and writing skills
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
