Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our hospital in Anthony, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, a strong background in operations management, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hospital operations
• Ensure efficient use of resources and facilities
• Oversee staff performance and development
• Implement policies and procedures
• Drive quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in hospital operations management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
