Job Position: Operations & Accounting Manager

Job Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented leader to drive our financial and operational success as we scale!
• As an Operations & Accounting Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our startup-ensuring smooth daily operations and flawless financial compliance.

Key Responsibilties
Financial Stewardship:

• Manage accounting, payroll, VAT, WHT, and CIT compliance (IFRS standards).
• Track cash flow for irregular revenue (e.g., plot sales).
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee office & site management (client onboarding, vendor relations).
• Design workflows for client inspections, document verification, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with Site Managers to ensure seamless sales processes.

Who You Are

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Experience: 2+ years in accounting + operations(startups/SMEs preferred).

Skills:

• Proficient in Accounting/Excel/CRM tools, etc.
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian tax lawsand real estate compliance.
• Strong negotiator and process optimiser.
• Mindset: Agile, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
