Job Description

• As the Operations Lead, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our company's operations.
• You will be responsible for overseeing facility management, procurement, fleet and logistics activities.
• Your strong leadership, organizational skills, and strategic thinking will be essential in ensuring operational excellence and driving the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility management, including maintenance, repairs, security, and space utilization
• Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
• Manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, insurance, registration, and compliance
• Streamline operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in facility management and or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, procurement processes, fleet management, and logistics operations
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
