Job Description

• We are recruiting an Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading operations, as well as to drive sustainable growth through business development.

The ideal candidate will:

• Lead and execute all cleaning and facility management operations
• Ensure all cleaning operations are executed within the agreed time frame
• Assess performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisition and sales
• Research and analyze business segments to identify and engage new business opportunities
• Submit reports to the Business Manager on all activities
• Conduct regular trainings for cleaning operatives on the professional handling and use of cleaning machineries and equipment.
• Ensure that services are operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications.
• Develop a growth strategy focused on both Financial Gain and Clients Satisfaction
• Be available for business travel when required

Requirements

• Minimum of ND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, experience in Cleaning and Facility Management is desirable
• Proven sales track record and Clients support
• Excellent communication, business writing and presentation skills
• Strong MS Office skills, Excel spreadsheet / PowerPoint / Word skills
• Competency in researching sales leads and presenting pitch documents
• Experience working in a high growth, startup environment is a plus.
