Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description
Your position as the Operations Manager will include but not limited to the following duties:

• Responsible for the overall performance of the Salon and Spa
• Customer Engagement
• Set Operatives goals and objectives
• Interact with customers
• Advise customers on hairstyles and other products
• Detailed report as regards entire operation of the salon
• Assess staff requirements and recruit staff when needed
• Train and coach staff
• Prepare and implement standard operating procedures
• Organize and monitor staff schedules
• Coordinate Salon operations during each shift
• Maintain business records
• And every other duties as assigned to you per- time.
