Job Description

• Rotation and Precision Machines Limited is a sales and procurement firm that is engaged in providing engineering solutions in all manufacturing sectors. Rotation and Precision Machines Limited specializes in the supply of power transmission products, bearings, conveyor spares, industrial hoses, tools, maintenance (predictive and preventive), lubrication, seals, pumps, valves, gaskets, electric motors, gears drives, standard sand, sealing adhesives, fasteners, vulcanizing components, welding solutions, automation parts, etc.
• The company’s services also include technical support, installations, servicing, procurement services, consultancy, and surveys.

Key Function

• Your role is to develop pricing strategies by performing cost analysis.
• Ensures a weekly preparation and submission of a sales report of offers sent to customers.
• Ensures a follow-up on customers' offers to know the status of the inquiry and quotes sent.
• Prepare quotations and generate sales orders for clients.
• KeyResponsibility as a pricing officer is to prepare a quotation and generate Sales Order for the client
• Work with the sales, procurement, and supply chain department team to ascertain pricing structure for clients
• Prepare quotations and generate sales orders for clients.
• Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve revenue
• Evaluating cost price, freight, weight, and lead time to develop pricing for a quote.
• Responsible for tracking and ensuring that RPM wins at least 85% of quotations that they send to clients
• Understanding the impact of pricing on profit margins.
• Acquires inquiries from the procurement team daily.
• Ensures due diligence is done on the quotes before it is being sent out to the customer.
• Participate in bidding to win orders

Skills Required

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Between 2-4 years of work experience
• Good understanding of margins when pricing
• Must be good with numbers
• Attention to detail is a must
• A keen eye for identifying an opportunity
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
