Job Position: Production / Quality Control Manager

Job Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The production/quality control manager is responsible for overseeing the production of goods and ensuring that they meet quality standards.
• This position requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to effectively manage and lead a team of production workers. The production/quality control manager will be responsible for monitoring the production process, identifying and resolving quality issues, and ensuring that products meet customer specifications.
• This position also requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving quality standards
• Proficiency in quality management software and systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
