We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Preparation of cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labour involved.
• Preparation of cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liasing with architects, engineers and subcontractors
• Preparing of contract documents including bill of quantities.
• Maintain and implement construction budget for each project
• Negotiate prices with suppliers, research new materials for design and cost savings. Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions.
• Leverage technology, safety measures, and information sharing to increase productivity

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar position
• Certification by Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) is an added advantage
