Royal Perfumes Limited, an internationally affiliated company located in Lagos is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Retail Sales Associate

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Stay up-to-date with new products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Provide accurate information
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Provide customer feedback to the BDM
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers

Requirements

• B.Sc in Marketing or related field
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
