Job Position: Sale Representative
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role

• We are looking for a sales representative to be responsible for managing sales related activities in the organization. Duties will include customer relationship andsales conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inbound calls, online chats, and other sales enquiry.
• Prepare sales reports on a periodic basis.
• Meetingsales goals.
• Answer and respond to customer inquiries.
• Attend to salesin maintaining customer relationships.
• Developing sales related content to engage customers and boost sales online.
• Managing of social media pages.

Requirement and Qualification

• WAEC / Diploma
• 0 - 2 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite would be advantageous
• A good content creator
• Customer-centered focus
• A high level of professionalism
• Proficiency in the use of Social Media Accounts (Instagram, facebook, whatsappetc,)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Applicant must live within Ikeja and its environs.

Remuneration
N30,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
