Job Summary

• They are seeking a Sales & Ticketing Officer to join their team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings, selling travel products, and providing excellent customer service.
• This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process flight bookings, issue tickets, and manage travel reservations
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide relevant travel information
• Sell travel services and promote ongoing deals
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to the agency’s sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND qualification
• Previous experience or strong interest in travel, ticketing, or customer service is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A persuasive, sales-driven approach to customer interaction
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
