Sales Consultant (Preferably females) Roles and Responsibilities 1. Sourcing for prospects and converting them into paying clients 2. Providing best professional advice to prospects/clients in acquiring landed properties 3. Follow up on generated leads 4. Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale. 5. Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them 6. Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising and business presentations 7. Communicating with legal adviser to prepare property sales documents 8. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices 9. Monitor competition and communicate current developments. 10. Analyze market trends Qualifications BSC, BA, HND, in Marketing and other discipline.
