This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join this leading Real Estate development organisation as they expand Nigeria.  You will be charged with developing strategies and executing tactics that to generate business.  You would work with agents, vendors, lawyers and members of the press to establish a high profile for the business.

Job Description

• Execute and manage real estate sales operations, responsible for selling lands/properties
• Identify performance measures and assess and recommend changes
• Ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales
• Supervise General Administration of Real Estate Sales department
• Develop training plans for sales team and, and maintain developing them continuously to improve sales
• Manage marketing plans to implementing sales
• Set budgets, and manages the budgets of the departments
• Focus on building sales team, and to identify shortcomings, and permanent development of sales operations

Skills

• To succeed in this role you will need a Bachelor’s degree in relevant industry
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role – managing land/real estate sales
• Extensive knowledge in the development and executing of sales strategies.
• Desire to improve sales process and investments and able to readily adapt quickly to rapid changes in trends.

Education

Bachelor degree in Estate Management or any related field
