Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned stores
• Assist customers with their needs and in locating specific products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Answer customers questions and handle customers complaints gracefully
• Recommend products and promote special offers to customers
• Process and handle payments of purchases
• Cleans stores and ensures products are displayed correctly
• Accurately describe products features and benefits
• Effectively use relevant technology tools and softwares
• Ensures stores properties, products and resources are effectively managed, utilised and well protected / stored.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
• Prior customer support and/or customer success experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Ability to organize, breakdown and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas and instructions in written forms
• Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
• Ability to work without supervision and take initiative
• Can work effectively in a fast moving environment
• Ability to work with technological tools and softwares
• Willing to and enjoys helping others achieve their goals
• Able to manage their emotions in frustrating situations and guide customers to efficient solutions
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Supermarket sales experience not mandatory but a plus
• Candidates should live close to Computer village, Ikeja, Lagos.
