We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach BDRs
• Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics.
• Manage Business Development organization to goals, objectives, and quota achievement.
• To manage to exist and bringing new clients on board, building good relationships with them.
• Develop positions with responsibilities of inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual volume and margin sales targets.
• Providing periodical reports based on sales and any other occurrences.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of Sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office to create reports.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
