Job Summary

• We are looking for a seasoned Senior Structural Engineer with a proven track record of delivering complex real estate and construction projects.
• This role demands technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to support our vision of creating world-class luxury developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Supervise and review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct structural integrity assessments and ensure compliance with Nigerian and international building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Provide technical oversight on construction sites, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.
• Optimize structural solutions for durability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior/lead role.
• COREN registration (mandatory).
• Demonstrated expertise in high-rise, mid-rise, and complex structural projects.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, Revit).
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
